While it may not be practical to play Overwatch on your mobile phone but the thing is, it’s kinda cool!
So I’ve been seeing lots of players posting images of Overwatch being played on a mobile phone. At first, I thought that it was the alleged mobile version of Overwatch that turned out to be just a clone of the game. However, I was wrong. It is really the Overwatch game being played on an android phone! If you don’t believe me, then take a look at the image below:

So yes! You can play Overwatch in your mobile phone!
I have done some researching on how to play Overwatch on a mobile device and so far, I learned that you can do it by means of game streaming. Based from what I’ve learned, it looks like this only works with the PC version of the game and with the help of an app called Moonlight.
Moonlight (formerly known as Limelight) is an open source implementation of NVIDIA's GameStream protocol. We implemented the protocol used by the NVIDIA Shield and wrote a set of 3rd party clients. It allows you to stream your collection of games from your GameStream-compatible PC to any supported device and play them remotely. You can download this app on either the Google Play Store on the iTunes App Store.
Aside from the Moonlight app, you can also stream Overwatch via KinoConsole. This is yet another game stream app that can be downloaded on iTunes, Google Play or Microsoft Store (for windows phone).
If I were to compare the two game stream app, I would recommend using KinoConsole. Although both has features like low latency FPS streaming, gamepad support (use xbox or playstation gamepad) and other essential things needed for a game stream app, I think KinoConsole is probably much better: It has Steam integration which automatically add games from your Steam account to games library and, it has more security features.
But anyway, you can both try them as they are basically free!
Now I have embedded a video from Youtuber Luis Alamilla below which will basically provide you some basic information on how to use KinoConsole. And it serves as a proof also, just in case you are still have second thoughts that you can actually play Overwatch in your mobile phone.
