Monster Hunter Generations: Monster Spawn & Sleep Area Guide

monster hunter generations monster spawn and sleep area

Okay first things first. This guide was created with the help of this Japanese website. So yeah, this is the English version of the guide wherein it shows you the exact spawn for a certain monster in MH Gen and the sleep area.

Also, while it is mostly the case, entries without the first encounter area don't necessarily mean the spawn and first encounter areas are the same.

And lastly, the abbrevations are used in the table below to shorten the map name of an area. Here are the map codes:
  • JF- Jurassic Frontier
  • AR- Arctic Ridge
  • VH- Verdant Hills
  • D- Dunes
  • MP- Misty Peaks
  • M- Marshlands
  • DI- Deserted Island
  • V- Volcano
  • AS- Ancestral Steppe
  • PF- Primal Forest
  • FS- Frozen Seaway
  • VH- Volcanic Hollow
