- Armored Kuruma (Preferably with 100% Armor Upgrades),
- A Tank,
- 2 (including yourself), 3 or 4 people. Note : This can be done solo, but it is extremely unlikely you will be sent flying. It has happened, but it was only when I was stuck in a gap between two buildings.
STEPS
1) Call your Kuruma and request your Tank
2) Drive the Kuruma over to the tank
3) Get in the tank, then Drive over the Kuruma until BOTH back tires are off and ONE of the tires on the front is off. I do realise it doesn't matter which tire stays on, However, I have found it surprisingly better with a front wheel on
4) Although this is not a step, make sure that the car spins by holding L2 AND R2 (LT AND RT) and then point your left stick either right or left. Test to see which one spins the fastest, as you will be using this in the next step.
5) Tell your friend to get next to your Kuruma, and tell him to countdown from 3 then get in. When he is halfway in, press buttons mentioned in step four, and you should start glitching out. You could either fly accross the map or a little distance. This depends on how many players you have : The More the Higher you go!
Make sure your friend only enters the car where there is a car door. Never enter the car where there isn't a door, or the glitch will not work. I may upload a tutorial later onto somewhere when I have time, so stay tuned! (There is a mini tutorial on the link mentioned above)

You are able to fly in the Karuma as long as one of the doors stays open (have your friend open the back driver's side door and run away, then get in the passenger side, I have flown for 10 minutes this way)
You can reach the maximum height of the map even SOLO... # of players is irrelevant.
The KEY to this glitch is to NOT have bulletproof tires on the Karuma. (With them it is extremely difficult, without the tires pop right off)
Honking the horn as you spin up into the air speeds you up.
While continuing to hold L2 and R2 in flight, pressing the left stick in another direction will send you flying in that direction.

You can get a tank with ease for only 5000$.
1) Get to the airport and drive around until a Cargo Bob spawns.
2) Fly to Fort Zancudo and call Lester to make the cops look away for 5000$.
3) Pick up a tank with the hook and fly off to your desired location.
Notes: You cannot pull out the hook while in passive mode but after you picked up the tank you can enter passive mode. Never look away from the tank, because it easily despawns.
SECOND COMMENT :
As a solo player you can either take the side door of the car or the driver's seat's door and immediately press forward while entering to leave the door open.
When trying to rip off the tires you shouldn't be driving over your Kuruma because this will mostly lead to it exploding. Only drive onto it until you see those pieces of metal splitter and go slightly back and forth.
As OP has stated leaving up a front tire is the choice to go and i think the one on the driver's side should be left over for ease of entering the car with an opened door.
