Dragon Nest Windwalker PVP Skill Values at T5/3R

Observations so far:
- Multi-shot % damage to doubled, but the flat damage was eliminated, so not sure if this results in a net increase in damage
- Magic Arrow got doubled
- Willow Kick got TRIPLED
- Air Pounce got doubled
- Spiral Kick got a 50% buff, but again flat damage was removed, so not sure if overall net increase

...Actually most skills got doubled or tripled.
