Here's a quick guide on how to set up fingerprint scanner on your Samsung smartphone.
1. Head to the Settings menu.
2. Slide over to the Personal tab.
3. Select Lock screen and security.
4. Under the “Security” category, choose Fingerprints.
5. Adding and/or removing fingerprints and adjusting settings is done from this menu. To get started, select Add fingerprint.
6. Now you’ll need to place your finger on the home button of the device and remove it. This is done multiple times so that Samsung can get an understanding of your fingerprint from multiple angles.
