This Kingdom Hearts 15th anniversary ‘Memorial Stained Glass Clock’ campaign in Shinjuku Station is Really Awesome!

Square Enix is set to run a ‘Memorial Stained Glass Clock’ campaign to commemorate the 15th anniversary of the Kingdom Hearts franchise. Starting from January 9 through 15, the event will take place in the Tokyo Metro Marunouchisen Shinjuku Station Metro Promenade in Japan.

The clock shown above features one enormous “Sora Stained Glass” enclosed by 12 smaller stained glass representing the clock dials with each featured with artwork from the Kingdom Hearts series.

Shortly after the exhibition, the company will give away each of the 13 stained glass in the form of clocks. Should you wish to participate in the giveaway, there are two ways you can do so:

1. Follow @_KINGDOMHEARTS and tweet them an image of your favorite stained glass selected from the campaign’s official website.

2. Make your way to the actual exhibit, take a picture of it and tweet it with the hashtag “#キングダムハーツ15周年”.

Next to the gigantic clock is an 80-inch vertical display which will play a minute-long series flashback video and perform a countdown to the release of Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue on January 12.

Square Enix is also planning to hold a visual memorial exhibition and large mural featuring familiar and iconic characters from throughout the game series.

Stained Glass

Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue is also set to release in North America and Europe on January 24 for PlayStation 4.
