There are new 8 grimoire cards added today as well as more points for us grimoire junkies to acquire. Also, 2 of the cards seems to indicate a new ghost added to the moon somewhere and another in an unknown location.
The following is a list of the new cards found on Bungie's grimoire section.

Allies//The Exo Stranger
- Ghost Fragment: The Exo Stranger 2 - 10 points - Ghost Fragment indicates new ghost, location unknown
Allies//Osiris
- Vision 47 - 10 points - Location unknown
Allies//Legends & Mysteries
- Rezyl Azzir - Before These Walls - 15 points - Location unknown
Places//Moon
- Ghost Fragment: The Ocean of Storms 2 - 5 points - Location Found!

Activities//Other Activities
- SRL: Sparrow Racing - 5 points - Self explanatory
- SRL Record Book - 0 points - Card obtained before first race, actual item must be bought from Tess
- SRL: Campus Martius - 5 points - Obtained when racing there for the first time
- SRL: Infinite Descent - 5 points - Obtained when racing there for the first time
As one can see, there are 2 new cards with the title of "Ghost Fragment" this indicates there are 2 new ghosts somewhere. One of them is for certain on the moon. The other, we have no indication as of yet. The original "Ghost Fragment: The Exo Stranger" was located on Earth. This could be a good starting place to find the second one. But, if we assume it could be anywhere we encountered the Exo Stranger, then it could be Earth, Moon, Venus, or Mars.
