Nether Disruptor is now up in EU (US at 94%) and this week's variable perk is Seal Your Fate and all players will receive a Seal of Broken Fate for each day the Nether Disruptor is active.
Broken Shore buildings are up for three days, but some redditors seems to have received more Seals beyond the limit.
The permanent Nether Disruptor perk Epic Hunter allows crafting of Legendary items and spawns a World Boss with item level 900+ loot!
