Assassin's Creed: Origins Leaked Trailer Fake or Legit?

In the first hour the industry and the fans knew a supposed leaked video that showed part of the official trailer of Assassin’s Creed: Origins, the next title of the series that will debut this year and present a new history that will be developed in Egypt. With all the expectation that there is for the new title of Ubisoft and a few days of E3 2017 what is expected is that at some point information is leaked about the next Assassin’s Creed, this led the user Cosmografik to upload to YouTube a video that shows part of a official trailer.

However, shortly thereafter the same Cosmografik revealed that the video was not real and published on his Twitter account the way he made the joke. This leakage of the official trailer of Assassin’s Creed: Origins was done by manipulating the image – yes, official images – containing the logo of the series and a blue background; afterwards short films of famous films were selected on Egypt, a video was published with all the content and finally reproduced as if it were a movie theater with someone filming behind an armchair.

It should be mentioned that Cosmografik documented the joke since May 24 and on his Twitter account you can see all the steps that he followed:

Recently an image was also stamped on a shirt that indicates the name of the protagonist of Assassin’s Creed: Origins, called as Ba Yek. But, subject to confirmation of this information, there is nothing left but to wait for the conference of Ubisoft in E3 2017 to know the advances of the next game in the series.
