Patch 7.2 will introduce flying to Legion. Similar to Draenor PathfinderDraenor Pathfinder, flying will be unlocked across all characters on your account and is gated behind two achievements.
Broken Isles Pathfinder, Part One, is the initial requirement. While Broken Isles Pathfinder, Part Two hasn't been added yet and can't be completed until Patch 7.2, you can still work your way to complete the first part.
Broken Isles Pathfinder, Part One
The achievement is the first step toward unlocking flying in Legion. The achievement progress is account-wide so it doesn't matter which character you complete it on.
- You have to work your way through your Class Order Hall. Completing it is mandatory, because it unlocks your third Relic slot.
You need to hit Revered with every Legion faction. This is achieved only through leveling or World Quests and you can give our faction guides a read.
Certain addons can help you explore the Broken Isles faster. They will show coords of unexplored areas and save a lot of time. All Legion zones have to be explored for this achievement.
Loremaster of LegionLoremaster of Legion
Completing the storyline in every zone is mandatory for this achievement. Again, the Loremaster addon can immensely help you, because sometimes you may abandon a quest because your quest log is full and have no idea where to pick it. Here are the achievements for every zone
The requirement here is to complete 100 different World Quests. Completing the same quest twice won't count toward the achievement. Some addons will greatly improve your questing experience, such as
Broken Isles Pathfinder, Part Two
The second part is tied to completing Patch 7.2 specific content. Broken Isles Pathfinder, Part OneBroken Isles Pathfinder, Part One is the first requirement to unlock Broken Isles Flying and is far more time-consuming than this part.
Breaching the Tomb
- We won't be able to access the Tomb of Sargeras immediately. The raid is gated behind attunement and the first step starts in the Cathedral of Eternal Night, which is a new four-boss dungeon added in 7.2.
Defender of the Broken Isles
- The Class Order Hall story will continue and we'll have to finish it.
Explore Broken Shore
- The step is simple; exploring the Broken Shore will award the achievement.
Legionfall Commander
- Armies of the Legionfall is a new faction that is added in Patch 7.2. We'll have to reach Exalted reputation.
