Gen 1 Pokemon that Are Possibly Getting Gen 2 Evolution in Pokemon GO

Hey all, so with second generation Pokémon discovered in the latest updates source code, it’s assumed that the next generation of Pokémon are not too far away.

There is yet to be an exact time announced by Niantic about when we will see these new favourites in the game for trainers to catch, but I assume that it will be within the very near future.

So more Pokémon to catch all around the world will obviously make trainers very happy but its not just new Pokémon, but new evolutions as well.

There are some of our favourites from the first generation who will now be able to have an additional evolution.

So I have devised a list below of these Pokémon so all trainers if you didn’t know, can stock up on these candies in order to be one step closer to making these Pokémon evolve again once generation 2 is available.

Golbat > Crobat

Gloom > Vileplume/Bellossom

Poliwhirl > Poliwrath/Politoed

Slowpoke > Slowbro/Slowking

Onix > Steelix

Chansey > Blissey

Seadra > Kingdra

Eevee > Jolteon/Vaporeon/Flareon/Espeon/Umbreon

Porygon > Porygon2

And thats it, they are some of the second generation Pokémon evolutions that should be available be available through your first generation Pokémon, so stock up on candies because I have a feeling they wont be not too far away.
