Build 23623 added five mounts that will be available from Reputation Paragon. For every 20,000 reputation gained beyond Exalted with Legion factions, you'll receive a new emissary cache that has a chance to contain one of the mounts.
Collecting 10 caches awards the Paragon of the Broken IslesParagon of the Broken Isles achievement. You can obtain the following mounts (sorted as they appear in the video).
- Highmountain Elderhorn
- Wild Dreamrunner
- Cloudwing Hippogryph
- Valarjar Stormwing
- Leywoven Flying Carpet
Highmountain Elderhorn and Wild Dreamrunner are probably only ground mounts.
