Best Prestigers against Blissey and Snorlax

As Blissey and Snorlax are both tanky Normal Types, it makes most sense to fight them using either Fighting or really high DPS Pokémon. The following selection are most efficient Blissey and Snorlax counters:

In the past, we used to counter Dragonite with either Fairy or Ice moves. With addition of Generation 2 and the move rebalance, Ice has become a stronger option:

Gyarados has always had the same flaw, double weakness to Electric moves. For this reason, the table of counters is pretty much Electric only. Notice the lack of Jolteon:
