This mount works a lot like Huolon from the timeless isle, except instead of lightning AoE... he one shots you if you don't Interrupt Shadowbolt Volley.
The mount is a lucky drop from Kosumoth the Hungering, currently the drop chance is undetermined.
You can find this Rare Elite in the world version of the Eye of Azshara, located around the center of the island at this location: .
If you don't have the flight path to get to this NPC then simply head down to the very bottom of Aszuna, mount up on a water walking / swimming mount or use a potion / ability to walk on water.
Then make your way in a straight line across the sea along this path:
To defeat Kosumoth the Hungering you will need a party or raid group containing tank('s), DPS and as much healing as possible.
Make sure that everyone in your group is aware that you will need to interrupt Shadow Bolt Volley or it will one shot you. It's best to have a rotation through your group for this just to make sure that the rare does not cast this ability. It will probably take your group more than one attempt just to get used to it.
Once killed you will have a chance to get the mount, again it works like Huolon so it's not 100%.
