Quick explanation about how to use/activate the Rising Storm Rune
Info / Intro
For some reason I didn’t found a tutorial in the game for the activation of Rising Storm Rune, it grants you early access to the Storm of Urfael ability, but don’t explain how to activate it. So, it’s a simple guide but when I needed I realized that some other people had the same problem, and there are a lot of wrong information about that on internet.
