Just a guide to have handy information on where is better to find orokin Void Keys.
Informations taken from Warframe Wiki and player experience, uploaded for quick consultation.
The locations listed here are:
- Missions in which you will find ALL type of keys as possible rewards
- Missions that are the lowest level per tier in which you can find specific keys
- Best locations to drop keys - NOT "All" locations to go drop Void keys
Please note that it is possible for a location to drop other type of keys IN ADDITION to those listed here (the wiki isn't 100% sure);
T1 Keys
Mercury > Apollodorus LVL 1-6
(All T1 Keys)
Survival
One key guaranteed every rotation B (15, 35 minutes, etc.)
Venus > E Gate LVL 6-11
(All T1 Keys)
Excavation
Stay at least until 3 excavators are completed for a random key reward.
Then you will get an additional random key rewards on intervals of every 4 excavators.
The pattern is 3/4/4/4/4/etc. Any excavators that are destroyed are not counted.
>>Both are the best locations for T1 keys, these missions have ONLY T1 keys in their drop roster (according to the wiki; it is possible to drop other keys though)
T2 Keys
Phobos > Stickney LVL 16-21
(All T2 Keys beside Mobile Defense & T3 C, E, Su])
Excavation
Stay at least until 3 excavators are completed for a random key reward.
Then you will get an additional random key rewards on intervals of every 4 excavators.
The pattern is 3/4/4/4/4/etc. Any excavators that are destroyed are not counted.
>>One of the best locations for T2 keys, this mission has mostly only T2 keys in its drop roster
Earth > Lua LVL 3-8
(All T2 & All T3 Keys)
Excavation
Stay at least until 3 excavators are completed for a random key reward.
Then you will get an additional random key rewards on intervals of every 4 excavators.
The pattern is 3/4/4/4/4/etc. Any excavators that are destroyed are not counted.

Europa > Lilith LVL 21-26
(All T2 & All T3 Keys)

T3 Keys
Earth > Lua LVL 3-8
(All T2 & All T3 Keys)
Excavation
Stay at least until 3 excavators are completed for a random key reward.
Then you will get an additional random key rewards on intervals of every 4 excavators.
The pattern is 3/4/4/4/4/etc. Any excavators that are destroyed are not counted.
>>After many attempts, it seems this is the best location to drop T3 Exterminate, since it is a rare key.
Europa > Lilith LVL 21-26
(All T2 & All T3 Keys)
Excavation
Stay at least until 3 excavators are completed for a random key reward.
Then you will get an additional random key rewards on intervals of every 4 excavators.
The pattern is 3/4/4/4/4/etc. Any excavators that are destroyed are not counted.
>>This mission is optimal to drop T3 Keys especially, since they drop more often than T2 keys. It has a small chance to drop T3 Exterminate, though.
Mimas > Saturn LVL 13-15
(D, E, Sa, Su T2 Keys & All T3 Keys)
Survival

T4 Keys
Sedna > Berehynia LVL18-20
(ALL T4 Key drops)
Interception
You need to go until rotation “C” (waves 4, 8, 12, etc.)
>> Lowest level mission in which you can find all T4 Keys
Ceres > Draco LVL 35-37
(ALL T4 Key drops)
Interception
You need to go until rotation “C” (waves 4, 8, 12, etc.)
>> Use this mission to gain experience both for warframes/weapons/sentinels/kubrows as well as syndacate standing, it has an enormous bonus affinity and a dense high level enemy spawn.
However, it is NOT the best location to farm void keys since it's high level starting enemies, I've listed this mission here as it is a popular choice to both farm keys and experience.
Europa > Ose LVL 23-28
(D; I; Su T4 Key Drops)
Interception
You need to go until rotation “C” (waves 4, 8, 12, etc.)
Mars > Augustus LVL 8-10
(C; E; MD; Sa T4 Key drops)
Interception
You need to go until rotation “C” (waves 4, 8, 12, etc.)
>> Both these missions are the lowest level missions in which you can find the listed specific T4 Keys.
