Okay, I've seen a lot of guardians out there saying that you must wait until Monday to turn in your IB bounties, so that you will get more XP gain and I believe that this is not true. Luckily, a guardian has made a guide disapproving this. He proved that this method is a total waste and, he has given some tips on when to turn in your IB bounties and gain as much XP for rank up to 5 as soon as possible. Holding onto weekly IB bounties till Monday to max your XP gain. This actually wastes XP, as you can turn them in way earlier and hit rank 5 earlier. Here's exactly when you should turn in weekly bounties to hit rank 5 as fast as possible.
This assumes you have all three boost items (shader, emblem, class item).

a few people asked about not having the class item (which requires rank 4.) And apparently you can't buy the item this week. (?!) So here is the table for not having the class item. Protip: if you have the Y1 class item, you can still equip that when turning in bounties for the boost.
The table below, assumes the boost from shader/emblem but NOT the class item:

Also some questions about alts. In this case you get a 2x bonus, assuming you already have a first character all the way to rank 5. In this case you should turn them in even earlier. Again assuming all 3 boost items.

The math for Sunday is weird. This is the only case where you need some extra XP to hit rank 4 with the first two weekly bounties, then the last weekly bounty takes you to rank 5 with some leftover XP.
